Questions and answers

What exactly does Asciende sell?

Peptide compounds and related supplies exclusively for in vitro and laboratory research. They are not medicines or supplements, are not for human or veterinary use and have not been evaluated by COFEPRIS.

Do I need to verify before viewing the catalog?

Yes. The catalog, product pages and cart require a declaration that you are at least 21 and qualified personnel purchasing for in vitro and laboratory research. No account is needed. The declaration is remembered for 30 days in this browser. Documentation, legal and support pages remain accessible without it.

How is a batch’s stated purity determined?

The stated analytical methods are reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography for purity and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry for identity. An actual numerical result belongs to the specific batch’s laboratory report, not the label specification.

How do I open a batch certificate?

Batch documentation can be requested from support with your order and batch identifiers. No batch reports are currently published.

Does the certificate correspond to the batch I receive?

The identifier printed on the vial links it to the document. If the supplied certificate does not correspond to that identifier, the material is replaced or the amount refunded in full.

How is material stored in the laboratory?

The general instructions for lyophilized powder are storage at −20 °C, protected from light and moisture. Reconstituted material is refrigerated at 2–8 °C within the laboratory protocol’s defined window. Check the specific product sheet for applicable handling and stability; supplies have their own storage conditions.

Can I request a tax invoice?

Yes, a CFDI 4.0 invoice. Send a written request with the order number during the same calendar month as the purchase, including RFC, tax regime, postal code and CFDI use. See the billing page for full requirements.

How long does shipping within Mexico take?

Orders confirmed before 14:00 h Mexico City time are prepared on the same business day. Mexico City metropolitan area: 1–2 business days; State-capital delivery zone: 2–3 business days; Rest of Mexico: 3–5 business days. Standard shipping is $199 MXN, free from $2,500 MXN.

Do you accept returns?

Sealed material with an intact batch label can be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. Report transport damage within 24 hours with photographs. Opened, punctured or reconstituted vials cannot be returned because of traceability. The customer pays return shipping.

Is volume pricing available?

Yes, quantities are combined per compound across its variants, with no separate application: 5% from 3 units, 10% from 10 units, 20% from 20 units, 30% from 40 units, 40% from 50 units, 50% from 60 units. For larger institutional quantities, request a written quotation through the wholesale page.

Can you advise on using a compound in an organism?

No. Asciende does not provide protocols for use in organisms or handling advice outside laboratory research. Experimental design is the responsibility of the researcher and their institutional committee.
