Terms and conditions

Purchasers must be at least 21 years old and declare that the materials are for in vitro and laboratory research. Asciende may cancel an order when there are reasonable grounds to question that declaration.

All prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and are final prices for the material. Shipping, where applicable, appears separately in the payment summary. Prices may change without prior notice; the applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.

Availability is determined by batch. If a batch sells out after an order is confirmed, replacement with the next batch or a full refund is offered.

The shipping policy details the delivery conditions and forms part of these terms.

The buyer undertakes not to use the materials in humans or animals or resell them as consumer products. Breach of this obligation immediately ends the commercial relationship.

Asciende’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased material. Asciende is not responsible for the purchaser’s use of materials outside the declared framework.

These terms are governed by applicable Mexican commercial and consumer-protection legislation.
