Coverage and delivery times
Mexico City metropolitan area: 1–2 business days; State-capital delivery zone: 2–3 business days; Rest of Mexico: 3–5 business days.
These are business-day estimates from dispatch, not guaranteed delivery dates. Ask support to confirm coverage for your postal code before buying. Include city, municipality or borough, neighborhood and postal code.
The reference cutoff is 14:00 h Mexico City time. Confirmation before that time does not guarantee same-day dispatch or delivery.
Main delivery areas
The catalog and shipping rate are national. The city directory explains address details and local time references. You can also ask about destinations outside the directory.
Shipping cost
Standard national shipping costs $199 MXN. Shipping is free for orders from $2,500 MXN.
Material-specific conditions
If your research requires a specific transport condition, ask about the exact variant before buying. Transport packaging does not replace the material’s storage instructions after receipt.
Receiving the package
Check the packaging, vial and readable batch label on arrival. Report transport damage with photographs within 24 hours of delivery. Shipping protection is included at no extra cost and provides 1 replacement per order.
Tracking
Orders receive a tracking number once assigned. You can check your order through the tracking page. If tracking information is not yet available, contact support with the order number.
