Identify the material
Start with the exact entity. An alias, a fragment and an analog can look related while requiring different documentation.
Read batch documents
Separate specification, result and scope. The question is not how many numbers a report contains, but what each one establishes.
Evaluate the evidence
Keep the model, reference and limits alongside each result. A conclusion can be valid without yet answering your question.
Frame the experimental question
Organize controls, units and readouts before comparing results. The same number may mean different things under different methods.
Document handling and storage
A sample changes context when opened, transferred or diluted. Record those transitions so a later result remains interpretable.
Prepare an informed order
Literature describes research; a commercial page specifies a product variant. Review the document and order summary separately.
