Accessibility and navigation help
Ways to navigate Asciende and report barriers to reading, selecting products or checking an order.
Source editorial review:
Navigating the site
Pages use headings, links and form controls to organize content. Browser zoom can enlarge it. On small screens the navigation groups key destinations while reading content remains available.
With a keyboard, use Tab to move forward through controls and Shift+Tab to move back. Screen-reader behavior and other shortcuts depend on the browser and device. This page does not claim certification or universal compatibility.
Reading without making a purchase
The compendium, guides, articles and support pages are available for reading. Commercial controls are in the catalog; order tracking and the account area provide purchase information. Choosing the appropriate route avoids unrelated screens.
External documents can have their own limitations. If you cannot read a certificate or open a reference, identify the document when contacting support.
Reporting a barrier
Use WhatsApp +526626739898. Include the page, what you were trying to do and what happened. If known, include the browser, device and assistive technology; private device information is not required.
A screenshot or description may help, but avoid showing payment details, passwords or someone else’s information. For a purchase issue, provide the order number through the private support channel.
Scope of this statement
The site is reviewed through structural and visual checks, which do not cover every browser and assistive-technology combination. A correct result on one screen does not establish that every interaction works.
Reports remain useful. This page describes available navigation and contact options; it does not promise a correction deadline that has not been agreed for a particular case.
Questions and answers
Can I ask for help without a screenshot?
Yes. A description of the page, step and problem is enough to start the conversation.
Does this page certify conformance to a standard?
